UPSC Civil Services Examination 2013 Result Declared !

Union Public Service Commission has declared the final result for Civil Services Examination, 2013 for which Personality Test held in April-June, 2014.The selected candidates have been recommended for appointment to various all India elite services. i.e.

(i) Indian Administrative Service (180);

(ii) Indian Foreign Service (32);

(iii) Indian Police Service (150); and

(iv) Central Services, Group ‘A’ (710) and Group ‘B’ (156)

A total number of 1122 candidates have been recommended for appointment as per following break-up:

GENERAL: 517

OBC: 326

SC: 187

ST: 92

Final result includes 30 PH category candidates also in the merit list. The candidature of 40 recommended candidates has been put on provisional in addition with result of one candidate has been withheld.

UPSC has a “Facilitation Counter” near Examination Hall in its campus. Candidates can obtain any information / clarification regarding their examinations / recruitment on the working days between 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours in person or over telephone Nos. 23385271 / 23381125 / 23098543. Result will also be available on the U.P.S.C. website i.e. http//www.upsc.gov.in. However, marks are likely to be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of Result.

GAURAV AGRAWAL, MUNISH SHARMA, RACHIT RAJ, AKSHAY TRIPATHI, BHARTI DIXIT have come up with top 1 to 5 rank respectively.
